Matt has given workshops and clinics throughout the United States, South America, and Europe. Student ensembles he has led have consistently been recognized by Downbeat Magazine, toured Europe, and won regional and national competitions. He is an experienced clinician working with groups ranging from student ensembles to professional development workshops for teachers and administrators using the lessons of jazz to foster creativity, collaboration, and community engagement.
